How to get us your documents:
The California Secretary of State does not require original signatures to file documents. Most of our clients fax or email us their documents. We will make the copies and fill out the other forms needed. We will collect your filing fees and our fee. We cut checks and pay the state for you.

How we return your documents:
We will pick up your documents when they are ready. We will scan them and email them to you and then mail you the originals.
